Shipping
L & J Pools ships most
products via UPS ground. We do however use other carriers depending on the
weight of the item. Most shipments are received within 1 - 5 business days if
ordered before 1:00pm Eastern time. We cannot ship to a PO Box. Please make
sure you ship to a physical address so we can get your order shipped out right
away.
Return Policy
L & J Pools will accept return on any item (except electronic, special
order, or custom items) in new, unused/unopened condition within 30 days of
purchase for a refund less any shipping, handling charges up to $20.00 and a
15% restocking fee. All returns require a Return Goods Authorization number
(RGA#). If you have a return, please contact Customer Service for the RGA# and
return instructions. Any returns shipped without RGA numbers will not be
accepted.
Customers are responsible
for the cost of shipping back unwanted items. All returned items must be in
their complete, intact, original packaging. Upon receipt, the item will be
inspected to ensure it is in new, resalable condition. This includes the
condition of the original packaging as we cannot resell any items with damaged
packaging. Upon approval, a refund will be issued via the payment method
originally used to place the order. Please note that the refund amount will be
for the original purchase price minus shipping and handling and a 15%
restocking fee. Custom and special orders may not be returned.
Any freight damaged product
must be reported to L & J Pools within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
If freight damage is reported after 7 days of receiving your shipment, L &
J Pools will be unable to issue a credit or exchange of merchandise. Please
inspect your packages upon receipt. If freight damage is apparent, you must
open the packaging in the presence of the carrier to examine the product. If
you find that the product is damaged, this is the time at which you can refuse
your shipment. Please note that L & J Pools will replace the damaged item
once the freight claim has been awarded by the freight carrier. In some cases
this may take as long as 30 - 60 days.
If your product is not
functioning properly, please call the manufacturer of your product as soon as
possible (but not later than 30 days from purchase). In most instances, the
manufacturer can assist you in diagnosing and resolving your product problems.
However, if a product is determined by the manufacturer to be defective, we
will replace the product with an even exchange of the same item, subject to
in-stock availability. Replacement items will ship once the defective item is
received and inspected by our Returns Department. Buyer is responsible for all
return shipping costs. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Custom and special orders may not be returned.

& J Pools carry a manufacturer warranty. If you feel you have a defective
product, please refer to the warranty information packaged with your product.

express or imply any warranty. All warranties are the responsibility of the
manufacturer. L & J Pools expressly disclaims liability for any injury,
loss, or damage of any kind arising from the use or inability to use any item
we sell.
Sales Taxes
L & J Pools shall
automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be
delivered to addresses within Connecticut. Each customer shall be responsible
for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
